The book tears, leaving her fate unknown. Opening the book, she recites 'Please let everyone live!' The room shakes and the voices of her friends are heard when a disgusting creature composed of her dead friends, including Sachiko, crawls into the room, terrifying her. Naomi finds herself back in the real world. Naomi follows Sachiko's voice to where the book lies and a white Sachiko appears. Ayumi grabs Sachi and drags them both down. Hinoe reveals the Book of Shadows' existence but a horrifically-scarred Yuuya kills her and gives chase until Sachi finishes Yuuya off for good. Yoshiki dies and a dying Satoshi hits Yuuya's face with a bottle of sulfuric acid, disfiguring him. Yuuya lures them to a science room but Satoshi sees through his deception and fights him. Hineo saves Ayumi, Yoshiki and Satoshi from the evil spirits and clarifies that Sachi is Sachiko's resentful twin sister. Stunned, Kensuke demands an explanation but Yuuya stabs him too, revealing that he is insane and responsible for Ryosuke Katayama and Sakutaro's deaths. Naomi, Kensuke and Yuuya find a video camera and watch another Byakudan student, Emi Urabe, crying as Yuuya stabs her to death. Seiko is then decapitated by 'Sachiko' and Sachi emerges from her body before murdering Tohko. Nothing happens when they do the reverse charm and an argument arises. They encounter the Byakudan students and race to return home. Naomi places the necklace on Sachiko, restoring her sanity. The surviving Kisaragi students rediscover Sachiko's corpse just like last time, and Yuka dies. Byakudan students Kensuke and Tohko are hiding till Yuuya arrives. I loved Seiko, but she was one of the characters that was meant to die no matter what. You CAN push her death off, by getting into the fight with her, but no matter what, Seiko has to die. Naomi repels Sachiko with Sachiko's mother's necklace. The girl in the toilet, Seiko, was meant to die. Satoshi finds his little sister Yuka along with Ayumi and Yoshiki, but Sachiko attacks them. There are two things needed to avoid a repeated death: the forbidden Book of Shadows and an entity called 'Sachi'. Hinoe finds the missing bone and realizes Ayumi is making a mistake.

Ayumi is unable to save Yui and Mayu from their fate and Seiko and Naomi discover Sakutaro's headless body. Naomi is delighted to see her best friend Seiko alive again. Ayumi bites a bone that belonged to Sachiko, sending Naomi back in time to the haunted school. Ayumi Shinozaki explains that her sister, Hinoe, has been researching a way to redeem things. Meanwhile, Naomi Nakashima has been hospitalized for half a year due to the traumatic deaths of her friends. Arriving in Tenjin Elementary School, Mitsuki is murdered by Sachiko Shinozaki, terrifying the other students. We hear them screaming in pain while being killed and disturbing sounds of stabbings.The film starts with a group of students from Byakudan Senior High School who just performed the 'Sachiko Ever After' charm. Though the most murders are committed off-screen, the overall scene is very intense as we hear everything that happens to the children. A few seconds later, we see the little girl stabbing another girl in her eye and pulling it out. She finds a little girl standing in front of her with scissors in her hand. Then, a girl that has a vision, gets her eyes revealed. A little girl gets a half of her head cut off (not shown, but in the end, a part of her head is shown dropping on the floor and leaving a lot of blood). Then, his body is stabbed multiple times (not shown, but in the end of the scene we see the boy's dead body with its entrails revealed). We see the boy's tongue being cut off and thrown on the floor. Seiko is a teenage girl of somewhat shorter height and below. Seiko Shinohara (, Shinohara Seiko) is the student from Kisaragi Academy Senior High's Classroom 2-9, a victim trapped inside Heavenly Host Elementary School, and the main character of the fan game.
